  2. I'm excited and can't wait to attend. I do have a question about assistance for handicapped attendees. Can some rooms be made available close to the event for those of us having difficulty walking and carrying? What amenities does the hotel offer to assist?

    1. Hi sorry just seeing this message. There are no hotel rooms on the 1st floor where the ballroom is. You can ask to be on the second floor, the elevators are centrally located and the ballroom is on one of the ends of the hotel. I know the hotel has wheelchairs available, any other amenities you would have to call the hotel to ask. Thanks
