WRISTBANDS:
Those authors with long lines will get wrist banded. We will
have a volunteer at the end of the line who will hand out wristbands. Each
author will have a different color wristband and each wristband will have a number.
Numbers to each line will be called over the loud speaker. This way you dont
have to spend large amounts of time waiting in line. We only allow 10-15 in
line at a time. Those that have tables along the walls are the ones that will
most likely get wristbanded. More info will come as we get closer and the
seating chart is released.
SEATING CHART: This is released around the 2 week mark
Covid Requirements:
With Cook County dropping their mandates there will NOT be
any vaccine requirements for the event.
- Masks are optional
-Use your best judgement if you are sick/have symptoms
please do not attend.
Here is the Westin O”Hare’s current Covid verbiage-
COVID-19 Restrictions: Unvaccinated guests are encouraged to
wear face coverings & practice social distancing when they are in public
spaces inside the hotel, including meeting space.
PLEASE NOTE THESE ARE NOT SET IN STONE AND CAN CHANGE AT ANY
TIME IF NUMBERS GET WORSE.

For domestic flights, pick up is at the Hotel Shuttle Center
Door #3, which is located just off the baggage claim area.
Between Midnight and 5:00am, please call 847-698-6000 to
arrange service
Pickup at the International Terminal is available upon
request. Please call the hotel directly upon arrival to arrange for pickup.
Disabled accessible shuttles are available upon request.
